We enjoyed our stay at Ayatana, the place is well kept, nicely laid out, cosy and clean, the staff outstandingly friendly, warm and very helpful. An altogether enjoyable experience. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Chiang Mai.

The booking went ahead without a hitch. However, the website can be significantly improved, inputs are often repetitive and information not readily or easily available.

Accommodation and facilities:
What a nice and lovely place to stay ! So peaceful, unexpected :) And the staff is so kind and gentle. At lunch, I ate pad thai with watermelon shakes next to the swimming pool and these were just delicious :) My room was very clean and well decorated and the bathroom was just great :) I am looking forward coming back next April with my kids. I am sure they ll love the big swimming pool :)
