Accommodation and facilities:
Great hotel for y good price. It s a little outside, but you can walk to the nightmarket in 10 min time, and TukTuk driving is still cheap in Chiang Mai ( 60,- Baht ). I had a real big room in the 10th floor, big bathroom, 2 bottles of water and coffee in the room for free, and very important for me, very quick wireless LAN in the room without additional cost.
